My friends are amazing! They just are! I am so fortunate to be surrounded by some extraordinary girlfriends who do extraordinary things. Doctors, lawyers, bankers, educators...their professions run the gamut. And as of late, many of these women have been stepping out and starting their own businesses. Honestly, they all love their chosen professions, but they are looking to create their own footprints in the business world and chart their own paths. I fully support my girls who are working hard for themselves. Carter & Clarke is a natural hair and skin care line that offers hand-made butters and oils made with the purest ingredients. I was so excited to try the products, which my NYC winter-inflicted hair and skin would certainly appreciate. My package arrived today, and Oh My God...I love them! First, the butters are made from the best ingredients, including avocado oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, and olive oil. Second, they each smell so damn good! And finally, it moisturizes your skin like a dream and lasts all day; even in these single-digit temperatures. I also used some on Mini Me's hair, and I am so pleased with the results. My mom came by to visit and had a chance to sample the Lemon Mint Butter...my mom has returned home, and my Lemon Mint Butter went with her!
