An Impromptu Trip to the Sake Bar.

Last night I headed out to Manhattan to participate in a service project at the Graffiti Church in Alphabet City. I arrived a little early, so I decided to pop into Sake Bar Satsko for a quick bite. I had been running around all day; hair appointments, meetings, and picking up last minute things for Thanksgiving. The one thing I forgot to do...eat! So, by the time I made it to the church, I was starving.

Satsko did not disappoint. I sat at the bar, and asked the bartender for something quick and filling. He recommended the Tuna Don: seared sesame crusted tuna, and spicy tuna over seasoned rice. It was delicious! Fresh and filling, and exactly what I needed. If you're ever in Alphabet City, drop by Sake Bar Satsko, 202 East 7th Street, New York, NY.
